David Andersson brings a wealth of experience from previous roles at Capgemini Consulting and JCE and now joins Seven District to further accelerate its ambitious growth plan as well as contribute to value creation in portfolio companies.
Seven District has doubled its ownership in Rapid Images by exchanging shares in in Rapid Images for shares in Seven District thereby making Mikael Sundell, the founder of Rapid Images, a significant shareholder in Seven District. Rapid Images is a leading digital product experience company specialising in online and e-commerce sales and marketing. In 2023, Rapid Images generated revenues amounting to SEK 137m with double-digit growth strong profitability.
Seven District’s new Chair and new Board member both have distinguished careers. Still, they are both humble, and before accepting their new respective roles, asked themselves what they could bring to the table of Seven District. However, when it comes to both Charlotte Brogren, with more than two decades of experience in leading roles in both the public and private sector, and Louise Kores, with ten years’ of experience in the investment industry, their qualities and professional background leave no room for doubt.
