Identify cognitive impairment from alcohol or drugs

Sightic (FKA Eyescanner) has developed a software platform that can identify cognitive impairment from alcohol and/or drugs that can be implemented and used in different types of contexts. Via a short film sequence of the eye area, Sightic’s software analyzes various features and provides an immediate result. The technology is based on significant research in partnership with well-renowned Swedish institutes and result in hardware-independent algorithms and software that can be integrated into different types of products, such as a mobile phone, a vehicle or work tools. Sightic’s product is used by a broad set of customers, for example in safety-critical workplaces, mobility but also integrated into different types of vehicles to detect alcohol and drug-affected drivers. 

The potential is gigantic as the problem addressed is global and Sightic addresses it with a very scalable technology and product.

Sightic Analytics in partnership with Ryde Technology

Sightic Analytics (f.k.a. Eyescanner Technology) today announced a commercial breakthrough when a partnership with Norwegian micro mobility company Ryde Technology was revealed. The partnership is a first step in Sightic’s aim to bring to market a new way of ascertaining a person’s capabilities through a fast and non-intrusive method for detection of safety issues related to drivers’ capacity to ride an e-scooter.
